Location near major attractions, Traditional Turkish Bath services, Organized cultural tours
Inconsistent hot water supply!!! Elevator access is awkward, especially on higher floors!!! Poor Wi-Fi connectivity and power outages indicate maintenance issues!!! The noise from the streets disrupts any potential relaxation!!!

The details you care about most
A charming hotel with an amazing location just minutes from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque! The breakfast offers a delightful spread of Turkish and continental options. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Zülküf, who added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, a memorable visit with personalized service! Highly recommended.

The location near historical sites made it easy to explore. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views, perfect for relaxation. Daily room cleaning was consistent, and the staff, especially Zülküf, were incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure everything was satisfactory. Breakfast included a decent variety, though it could use a bit more selection. The room itself was clean but small and faced a less appealing view of an abandoned building, limiting our comfort. We struggled a bit with the Wi-Fi connection. it required a registration process that didn't always work smoothly. There were also some maintenance issues, like the shower sprays that needed fixing. Overall, a solid stay but with some areas to improve.

The rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of both the Bosphorus and the historic city, making breakfast a delightful experience.
Unfortunately, the internet connection was weak and required a registration process that often didn't work smoothly, which was frustrating.
